Service Description

Online open forum workshop, one month after initial training, recap training course highlights to discuss experiences and debate obstacles/challenges and share feedback. These follow up sessions can be implemented after any training course and provide valuable insights and feedback to clients from their employees. Audience: Single Company Type: Online Lenght: 1 hr No of Sessions: 1 Minimum Delegates: 10 Maximum Delegates: 25 Aims of the Follow-Up Session: - To reinforce key learning points from the original training. - To provide a supportive forum for participants to reflect and share real-life application. - To sustain momentum and embed behavioural change post-training. - To give clients valuable visibility into how training is being applied. Objectives: - Recap and refresh the core concepts from the initial training session. - Encourage open discussion around practical experiences, challenges, and successes. - Identify obstacles or barriers to implementation and co-create solutions. - Gather qualitative feedback directly from delegates to inform future training direction. - Strengthen peer learning through shared stories and best practices. Learning Outcomes: - By the end of the follow-up session, participants will: - Feel more confident in applying the training content in their daily role. - Understand how peers have implemented similar learnings, creating a sense of shared growth. - Be better equipped to overcome challenges in applying their knowledge. - Provide feedback that supports continuous improvement in the organisation’s development approach.
